The 97802SLKE-H264HD has been designed to deliver high quality HD/SD-SDI video encoded as an optimized H.264 encoded video streams to the IPTV network. This device will accept two independent HD or SD-SDI video inputs with embedded audio and apply exceptional H.264 encoding at a user defined encoding bitrate. The streaming IP output can be configured for either a unicast or multicast delivery that can be decoded by a wide variety of hardware, software and consumer style decoders.

The configuration of the device is fully flexible allowing the user to configure various encoding parameters including bitrate, GOP size, visual filter effects, network interface, and more. This device can de-embed the audio from the incoming video signal and apply mpeg-2 layer II or AAC-LC audio encoding. Dolby Digital AC-3 audio encoding is also available as an ordering option.

The 9780SLKE2-H264HD has a dedicated control port that offers a built-in web server for quick and easy configuration. The user can also store up to 10 unique profiles for recall at the touch of a button. SNMP control is also fully integrated for use with VistaLINK.
